Sweet Summertime

Oh the sweet warm summer rain
It calls to me softly
With a rhythm that makes my soul sway
And fills my mind with wet day dreams
As a soft breeze partners with the palm trees
and they too dance
The grey cloud that let loose the moisture reminds me
Of storms passed likened to a rolling like thunder
Loud and strong
Trembling and shaking the very Earth
And my eyes flashed lightning
As I was blinded with bright
Feeling each moment between the lightning and the thunder

Ecstatic that the storm is here

..right here

in side
