Latkes w/french onion soup.

We love potato pancakes and we often use a latkes mix to make them in lieu of our left over mashed potatoes. We find that the mix is often bland so this time I added a can of Campbell’s French Onion soup to flavor them. A dash of sea salt and pepper and pop them on the griddle till golden brown and Bon Appetit!
